Offering made by fire

14 And to the angle of the church of the Laodiceans write,

These things say the Amen, the Faithful and True witness, the Beginning of the creation of God:

15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.

16 “So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of my mouth.

17 “Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing — and DO NOT KNOW that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked —

18 “I COUNSEL YOU to BUY FROM ME GOLD REFINED IN THE FIRE, that you may be rich; and WHITE GARMENTS, that you may be CLOTHED, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and ANOINT YOUR EYES with eye salve, that you may SEE.

19 “As many as I LOVE, I REBUKE and CHASTEN. THEREFORE BE ZEALOUS AND REPENT.

20 “Behold, I STAND AT THE DOOR AND KNOCK.

If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will COME IN to him and DINE WITH HIM, and HE WITH ME.

21 “To him who OVERCOMES I will GRANT to SIT WITH ME on My throne, as I also OVERCAME and SAT DOWN with My Father on His throne.

The gold refined in the fire, the white garments, is the pure oil pressed in the fire.

For He says to us when we walk through the fire He will be with us, when affliction is laid on our backs, when men ride over our backs, we went through fire and through water, But He brought us out to rich fulfillment.

This is the oil that the other five virgins come to buy the oil in getting ready for the return of Jesus the Bridegroom at the door.

This gold refined in the fire, the pure oil pressed in the fire is the oil He pressed and made through the deep workings of the Holy Spirit and the deep preservation and keepings (dealings) of the Holy Spirit in us as we went through the fire of affliction and people riding over our backs, this is the offering made in fire that the Word says in Leviticus 24.

CARE OF THE TABERNACLE LAMPS.

1 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying:

2 “COMMAND the children of Israel that they bring to you PURE OIL of PRESSED OLIVES for the LIGHT, to MAKE THE LAMPS BURN CONTINUALLY:

3 Outside the veil of the Testimony, in the TABERNACLE OF THE MEETING, Aaron shall be in charge of it from evening until morning BEFORE THE LORD CONTINUALLY; IT SHALL BE a statute FOREVER in your generations.

4 “He shall be in charge OF THE LAMPS on the PURE GOLD LAMPSTAND BEFORE THE LORD CONTINUALLY.”

5 “And you shall take FINE FLOUR and bake twelve cakes with it. Two-tenths of an ephah shall be in each cake.

6 “You shall set them in two rows, six in a row, on the PURE GOLD TABLE BEFORE THE LORD.

7 “And you shall put PURE FRANKINCENSE on each row, that it may be ON THE BREAD for a MEMORIAL, AN OFFERING MADE BY FIRE TO THE LORD.

8 “Every SABBATH he shall set IN ORDER BEFORE THE LORD CONTINUALLY, BEING TAKEN from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.

9 “And it shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat it in a HOLY PLACE, for it is MOST HOLY to him from the OFFERINGS of the LORD MADE BY FIRE, by a perpetual statute.”

10 Now the son of an Israelite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel; and this Israelite woman’s son and a man of Israel fought each other in the camp.

11 And the Israelite woman’s son blasphemed the NAME OF THE LORD and CURSED; and so they brought him to Moses. (His mother’s name was Shelomith the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.)

12 Then they put him in custody, that the MIND OF THE LORD might be shown to them.

13 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

14 “TAKE OUTSIDE THE CAMP him who has CURSED; then LET ALL who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him.

15 “Then you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying:

“Whoever curses his God shall BEAR HIS SIN.

16 “And whoever blasphemes the NAME OF THE LORD shall SURELY BE PUT TO DEATH. All the congregation shall certainly stone him, the stranger as well as him who is born in the land.

When he blasphemes the NAME OF THE LORD, he shall be put to death.

17 “Whoever kills any man shall surely be put to death.

18 “Whoever kills an animal shall make it good, animal for animal.

19 If a man causes disfigurement of his neighbor, as he has done, so shall it be done to him —

20 “fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; as he has caused disfigurement of a man, so shall it be done to him.

21 ‘And whoever kills an animal shall RESTORE it; but whoever kills a man shall be put to death.

22 ‘You shall have the same law for the stranger and for one from your own country;

FOR I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD.'”

23 Then Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they took outside the camp him who had cursed, and stoned him with stones. So the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

To continue to bring forth a pure offering to the LORD, the bread before the LORD on the tabernacle whereby the lamps within us burn continually, we have to bring the pure frankincense that is being put on the bread, the pure frankincense that speaks of the day and night, night and day sweet aroma that came forth from the yieldings to the Holy Spirit as He continues to work deeply within us that deep consecration, the solely setting apart.

This is the rich fulfillment that the Psalmist talks about in Psalm 66:12 “We went through fire and through water, But You brought us out to rich fulfillment”.

Nothing in our lives is wasted.

Even the worse we been through can be used by the LORD and be deemed by Him a pure offering that is made by the fire of the Holy Spirit working deep within us that becomes the fire that is burning continually at the altar before Him as we allow the Holy Spirit to fully work deep within our lives.

Even the worse we been through can become that pure offering made by fire that out of it comes forth a sweet aroma, a pure incense and fragrance unto the LORD as day and night, and night and day the incense within us arise to proclaim that through it all and above all HE ALONE IS WORTHY OF IT ALL.

That’s why we come to Him with burnt offerings as the afflictions, sufferings and calamities we been through become burnt sacrifices unto His altar.

~ Psalm 66:8-15 ~

8 Oh, BLESS OUR GOD, you peoples!

And make the VOICE of His praise to be HEARD,

9 Who KEEPS OUR SOUL among the living,

And DOES NOT ALLOW our feet to be moved.

10 For YOU, O GOD, have TESTED us;

You have REFINED us as silver is refined.

11 You BROUGHT US into the net;

You LAID AFFLICTION ON OUR BACKS.

12 You HAVE CAUSED MEN TO RIDE OVER OUR HEADS;

We WENT THROUGH FIRE and THROUGH WATER;

BUT YOU BROUGHT US OUT to RICH FULFILLMENT.

13 I WILL GO into YOUR HOUSE with BURNT OFFERINGS,

I WILL PAY YOU my vows,

14 Which my lips have uttered

And my mouth has spoken when I was in trouble.

15 I WILL OFFER YOU BURNT SACRIFICES of fat animals,
With the sweet aroma of rams;

I will offer bulls with goats.

Selah.

~ Psalm 66:16-20 ~

16 COME AND HEAR, all you who FEAR GOD,

And I WILL DECLARE WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR MY SOUL.

17 I cried to Him with my mouth,

And He was EXTOLLED with my tongue.

18 If I regard iniquity in my heart,

ThE LORD will not hear.

19 BUT CERTAINLY GOD HAS HEARD ME;

He has ATTENDED to the VOICE OF MY PRAYER.

20 BLESSED BE GOD,

Who has turned away my prayer,

Nor HIS MERCY from me!
